Trip Assignment

When uploading trip/manifest data, usernames in the "AssignedTo" column of the spreadsheet must already exist in Cyan. See Creating User Accounts
Trips/Manifests uploaded via excel spreadsheet will be assigned to the users in the "AssignedTo" column

The user listed in the "AssignedTo" column (alexpdtest) will have the two trips 13110 & 13115 assigned to them, when the spreadsheet containing the trip/manifest information is uploaded.
Once uploaded, the users in the "AssignedTo" column can view their trips/manifests in the Pickup & Delivery Assignment page of Cyan Portal.

Users can also assign trips/manifests by first going to the Pickup & Delivery Assignment page of Cyan Portal, selecting the check box on the right of the table, and clicking the blue button in the upper right hand corner of the page (Assign Selected)
- After clicking the button, a drop down menu becomes available with the users that exist in the tenant and the selected data/trips can be assigned to a user.
  - USERS MUST ALREADY EXIST IN CYAN PORTAL WHEN ASSIGNING TRIPS
- Once saved, the selected Trips / Manifests should be assigned to the user and view able on their device.
