Mechanic Sign-off

You can allow Mechanic's to sign-off that defects have been fixed. Mechanics will need Cyan Portal user accounts, click here for instructions.

1. Login to Cyan Web Portal
2. Click DVIR Inspections Summary under Custom Tools
3. Open an Inspection.
4. Click Mechanic Sign-off
   
5. Enter Full Name and select applicable check boxes.
   
6. Click Submit
7. Mechanic sign-off data will be shown on printed inspection reports.
