Installing USG IMS Server

The IMS Server application is installed using a self-extracting zip file and a batch script. Follow these steps to install the IMS Server. On Windows 7 or Server 2008 and greater, execute all .exe and .bat files as Administrator.

1. Start the installation by double-clicking IMSServer.exe. The installer will extract files and launch setup.bat. Press any key to continue.
   

2. The installer will ask if you want IMS Server to start automatically when the computer starts or manually started by user. The IMS Server runs
   as a service allowing the application to start and handle client request without needing a user to login and start the server.
   Enter Y for auto start and N for manual start.
   

3.  Press any key to complete the install.
