Disabling Cyan User Accounts

In Cyan, you cannot delete user accounts, instead user are disabled. 

(info) If you absolutely need a user account completely deleted, please contact support@bluedotsolutions.com

  1. Login to Cyan Web Portal as a Tenant Admin
  2. Click Manage Users
  3. Find the user that you want to disable and click the edit button
  4. Scroll down and check the User is Disabled box
     
  5. Click Save
