Data Upload

When uploading delivery data, all files must be in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format and can only contain between 2-4 sheets.

Specific upload instructions pertaining to column names/values and ID's can be found on the Pickup & Delivery Data Upload page in the Cyan Portal - Pickup & Delivery Data Upload

The AssignedTo column must be used, the names in the column must be usernames that have already been created in the Cyan Portal.

A generic spreadsheet data hierarchy is as follows.

  • Sheet/Level 1: Trip/Manifest
    • Must contain "AssignedTo" & "ID" columns

  • Sheet/Level 2: Stops
    • Must contain "ParentID" & "ID" columns

  • Sheet/Level 3: Items (Picked-up/Delivered)
    • Must contain "ParentID", "ID", & "OderType" columns
    • OrderType column must specify which type of order the stop is: Delivery or Pickup

  • Sheet/Level 4: Subitems/Miscellaneous Items
    • Must contain "ParentID" & "ID" columns


Once uploaded, the information for each trip will be accessible from the respective users' accounts listed in the "AssignedTo" column.
