Enable Return Order Highlighting in Cyan POD for Infor

Follow the steps below to enable return order highlighting in Cyan POD for Infor available in version 2.4 and greater

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to Cyan Web portal as a Tenant Admin (https://portal.cyan.us.com)
  2. Click Integrations and click the details icon for your Integration line item.
  3. Click Integration Settings - Create New (upper right) and enter the following values. The key and value fields are case sensitive, please enter exactly as shown below.
  4. Click Create
  5. The next order sent to Cyan with order type "rm" will be marked as a return and highlighted yellow in Cyan POD stop screen.
