Please follow the steps below to Config Cyan Engine on iOS devices

If you do not know you URI, Tenant Access Key, Username or Password, please contact Blue Dot Support at support@bluedotsolutions.com

Step-by-step guide

  1. On your iOS devices, go to Setting - Cyan
     
  2. Enter Base URI: https://api.cyan.us.com
  3. Enter Tenant Access Key
  4. Enter Username and Password

  5. Scroll down and toggle Use Pre-packages App on and off (should be off)
  6. Set Sync Page Size to 500
  7. Exit Settings and Start Cyan
