Pairing with Zebra Bluetooth Printer
- Get the MAC Address for the printer.
- The MAC Address is typically located on an external label either on the back or bottom of the printer. It will be shown as a number such as xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.xx
- If the MAC Address is not printed on the back of the printer, try to print a test label that will list the MAC Address. Follow the instructions on this website.
- Lastly, if the previous steps did not work, you will need to install the Zebra printer setup utility. Go here to download the setup utility.
- After installing the setup utility, run the utility and click "Open Printer Tools".
- Then select "Print configuration label" and click "Send"
- The printer will print a diagnostics label that includes the MAC Address (circled in red below).
- The MAC Address is typically located on an external label either on the back or bottom of the printer. It will be shown as a number such as xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.xx
- Enter the MAC Address in the Cyan Engine Settings under Accessories > Bluetooth Printer Address.
