Pairing with Zebra Bluetooth Printer

  1. Get the MAC Address for the printer.

    1. The MAC Address is typically located on an external label either on the back or bottom of the printer. It will be shown as a number such as xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.xx

    2. If the MAC Address is not printed on the back of the printer, try to print a test label that will list the MAC Address.  Follow the instructions on this website.

    3. Lastly, if the previous steps did not work, you will need to install the Zebra printer setup utility.  Go here to download the setup utility.

    4. After installing the setup utility, run the utility and click "Open Printer Tools".

    5. Then select "Print configuration label" and click "Send"

    6. The printer will print a diagnostics label that includes the MAC Address (circled in red below).

  2. Enter the MAC Address in the Cyan Engine Settings under Accessories > Bluetooth Printer Address.
    1. See this article for more information.
