Generating Inspection Report in bulk by Vehicle

  1. Login to Cyan Web Portal
  2. Click DVIR Manage Vehicles under Custom Tools
  3. Open a vehicle
  4. Enter a date range. This will generate a PDF file for each report within the start and end dates. The report are then zipped and uploading to Cyan Files.
    (info) Please Note: If you enter a wide date range, it may take a while to generate the reports.
  5. Select Generate Reports
  6. Once the report have been generated, a new tab will open allowing you to download a zip file containing all inspections reports.
