Navigation Voice Guidance

Voice guidance in navigation has three different voices you can choose from.  They are "US English com.samsung.SMT", "John", and "Lisa".  If a driver is reporting that the voice guidance isn't giving full details on the next task (missing street names or exits, for example), please follow these steps to make sure that "US English com.samsung.SMT" is selected.  "John" and "Lisa" are not capable of providing these details.
