How do I remote control a device in Knox?
NOTE: you must install/deploy the Remote Support App on the device.
- Login to Knox Manage (https://us01.manage.samsungknox.com/emm/admin/login.do)
- If you have not downloaded the Remote Support Viewer.
- In the upper right, select Downloads - Remote Support Viewer (Admin)
- Install the downloaded file, accept the defaults during the install.
- In the upper right, select Downloads - Remote Support Viewer (Admin)
- In Knox Manage, select Device & Users - Devices.
- Find the device that you would like to remove control and click the remote support icon.
- On the Start Remote Support window, click Run.
- Click Open ERSClient.
- The Samsung Remote Support client will open and display a 6 digit code.
- On the device, open the Knox Manage Report support app
- Enter the 6 digit code from the Admin app and tap Start. Remote Control is not enabled.
