Pocket MP2 Plus Advanced Configuration

Pocket MP2 Plus can be configured to download different Work Order groups and status, different amounts of Equipment and Meter history and utilize custom UDF values. The information below explains each configuration in detail.
All screenshots are from the Windows Mobile edition. Tablet edition will look different, but the functionality and flow are the same.
To access the configuration menu, login to Pocket mp2 Plus as ADMIN\12345
Work Order Tab

| Download WO Assigned to me | Downloads any open Work Orders assigned to the logged in Employee. | Default functionality. |
| Download WO Assigned to my craft | Downloads any open Work Orders assigned to the logged in Employee craft. The WO in mp2 must have a craft assigned. | May increase sync times. |
| Download unassigned WO | Downloads any open Work Orders that are not assigned to an Employee or craft. | May increase sync times. |
| Download WO Assigned to W2 | Downloads any open Work Orders assigned to an Employee called "W2". This is a made up employee name, it usefully when you only was curtain WOs on devices. | May increase sync times. |
| Download all WO | Downloads all open Work Orders. This option is not recommended for users with large mp2 environments or high WO volumes, more than 80 open WO. | May increase sync times. |
| Download instructions | Downloads task instructions for Work Orders. | Default functionality. If you do not use tasks, please disable this option to improve sync times. |
| Enter Completion time on Stop button | If checked, Pocket mp2 Plus will capture the current date/time when the user taps "stop" during time tracking. The values are then saved as Work Order Completion time. This is useful when tracking Work Order response/resolution metrics in mp2. | Must use start/stop functionality to collect WO labor |

| Display ID instead of description | By default, descriptions values are displayed for all lookup list, like RFO, location, Site, etc. However, some environments did not enter descriptions for these values which led to blank spaces in Pocket mp2 Plus dropdown list. If this is checked, the ID's will be displayed. | |
| MP2 Version | The database type for mp2, SQL Server or Oracle. The default value is SQL Server. |

WO Status Tab
By default, Pocket mp2 Plus only syncs Work Order changes from the device to mp2 when the Work Order status is set to 'Transferred' or 'Completed'. This means that if a user, enters labor, adds a part or any thing else to the Work Order, mp2 will not be updated unless the Work status is 'Transferred' or 'Completed'.
If you would like to send back to MP2 for another or all status, check the box next to the status that you want to sync. Please note, this will increase sync times. This setting has no effect on what will be downloaded to Pocket mp2 Plus.
ADMIN Tab
You can change the Admin password and block user access to configuration settings. Please note that if you change the password and forget it, the only way to reset is to delete the device's database. All un-synced data will be lost.
UDVal Setup Tab
If you use User Defined Values, you can use this screen to change the labels for User Defined Values to match what is shown in mp2. UDVal10 is reserved for Pocket MP2 System use.
