Set File Filtering in P&D and POD

To support application migration we have added a filter function into Cyan Pickup & Delivery and Cyan POD application. Both applications will be connecting to the same FTP site and downloading set file, but during a staged rollout, you may not want all set file to go to one application. This will allow you to choose which set files are imported into the application. 

 The filter needs to be configured in both applications

To access this feature

1. Login to the Cyan Portal
2. Select Manage Integrations

3. Select the Details button for Cyan Pickup & Delivery or POD for Infor Distribution

4.  Click Integration Settings

5. Search for key "DeliverySetFilePrefixFilter" and click Edit
   
   
   
6. In the Value field, enter the set file prefixes that you want the application to import. This could be an SXe warehouse or a combination of warehouse and username.
   For Example; If I have 4 warehouses in SXe, WH01, WH02, WH03, WH04 and I want Cyan Pickup & Delivery to only import WH02 and WH04 the I would enter "WH02,WH04"
   
   
7. Select Save
8. Repeat these steps for the other app.
