Adv Mobile Adapter fails do to an inactive EAM Grid

Problem

In the Advance Mobile Admin Portal, one or more adapters show error message:
The user defined grid is inactive and cannot be accessed

Solution

  1. Login to EAM as an R5 user
  2. Select Administration - Screen Configuration - Grid Designer
  3. Search for the grid that is failing.
    1. The grid ID is shown on the Adv Mobile Admin portal
  4. Select the grid and open the Validation tab
  5. Click the Active checkbox and click Save
  6. Re-run the adapters in Adv Mobile.
