Adv Mobile Adapter fails do to an inactive EAM Grid
Problem
In the Advance Mobile Admin Portal, one or more adapters show error message:
The user defined grid is inactive and cannot be accessed
Solution
- Login to EAM as an R5 user
- Select Administration - Screen Configuration - Grid Designer
- Search for the grid that is failing.
- The grid ID is shown on the Adv Mobile Admin portal
- The grid ID is shown on the Adv Mobile Admin portal
- Select the grid and open the Validation tab
- Click the Active checkbox and click Save
- Re-run the adapters in Adv Mobile.
