User authorization failed at login for Advanced Mobile Work Management

Problem

Login Error: User Authorization Failed

Solution

Check the interface permissions for the user's group in EAM.
Adv Mobile needs query permissions on the following:
BEUSER
BEGDON
BEGDOC
BEGHDA
Also confirm that user has screen and menu permissions to the employees screen in EAM. You can mark it as hidden if you don’t want the user to see it in EAM.
